  • It has so many enhancements it almost looks like an original, but is a limited edition, Enhanced Giclee, numbered 129/495. It has an original signature by the artist on front and back, and an original sketch of the house on back - see pics. Also has a studio checklist and authentication from Lighthouse Studios on back. A beautiful picture, professionally framed and in very good condition.
  • The outside of the frame is 45” x 36.5”. The canvas is 34” x 25.5”
