Description:
  • The first photo is of this actual piano, taken by the seller when it was in a home in San Francisco. It was moved, and is currently packed up, in a controlled temperature mini storage in Roseville, CA. It has been identified as a 1926 Mason and Hamlin, Model RA, with Mahogany case, and a factory installed Ampico ‘A’ Reproducing Player Action. The player unit is in a drawer below the keyboard. Manufactured in Boston, MA. This piano has case number 36458, and serial number 36093. The top is 5’8” long. We are told the case is in good condition, all keys work, and the player unit worked, but runs slowly and at varying speeds. The player unit probably needs to be repaired or rebuilt. Also includes 200+ player rolls, and an antique case made to hold the rolls – see pics. Most of the other pics are from the mini storage, which has the packed up piano, boxes of piano rolls, and the antique wooden cabinet made to hold the rolls.
  • The piano was moved to the storage by a professional piano mover. It is currently upright, with the legs off, and all blanketed and shrink wrapped together, and on a 4 wheeled dolly. The unit is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load, or hire a professional piano mover.
