Description:

Hand cranked, with flywheel and a lower section to mount the table. Appears to be complete except the chuck, and the surface of the lower table.
The assembly works and appears complete, but it is hard to turn - needs lube, etc.
The top section is about 27" long. The flywheel is 17.5" across, and the brackets on the wall are 23" from end to end. The bottom section is also 23" across the mount brackets.
All steel, well made, and could be in working condition with some TLC
Buyer will need to unbolt from the wall, it is held on with lag bolts
