Description:

Has wheels on back and tongue on front for towing
The platform at the top is 7' 1" high. There are 10 steps, all about 7" apart. Each step is about 18" wide and 8.75" deep. The railings are electrical conduit.
All steel, has been outside so there is rust
Needs TLC, the swing arms with jacks do not stay in place or work, the back tires are bad
Buyer will need help to move and load, it is heavy. Rear axles are 5/8" if buyer brings wheels
