Description:

All are earned by Major General John Carter Faith, who graduated from West Point in 1947, and retired from the U.S. Army in 1982. See pics of the info from the auction house where this was purchased. The pen holder is made from a track pad from an M113 Armored Personnel Carrier. Both of the black plaques appear to be from the Republic of Vietnam. The Plaque on the upper left has a badge from each of the infantry units he commanded in Vietnam in 1966.
