Description:

Numbered 90/350 and signed in pencil by noted artist Itzchak Tarkay. A quality Serigraph with vivid colors in a wood frame with glass front. There is a minor stain on the matte on the lower left. It is, hard to see, especially in pics. Could be easily replaced. The Serigraph itself is in very good condition. The paper backing on the frame is torn - see pics. The outside of the frame is 21.5” x 25.5”.
