Description:

Purchased by the seller from Scepter Balance 2003, and a copy of the receipt is included. The Presidential Land Grant was printed on a form for James Monroe, but Monroe's name is crossed out and John Quincy Adams is written in. It has the Presidential Seal Embossed. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity Copy from Scepter Balance, but there is a form to complete and send with the included addressed, stamped envelope to get the actual Certificate - see pics of documents. Specter Balance was based in Reno, NV and is no longer in business.The actual land grant document is 13.5” x 9”. The outside of the frame is 36.5” wide and 31.5” high. Very good condition
