Description:
  • A framed 3 shilling note from 1786, hand signed, that appears to be authentic. Includes the original receipt from when this was purchased from Scepter Balance in 2003. Also includes a blank Certificate of Authenticity with instructions to send it in for the original with a completed form, but the form was not found. Specter Balance was based in Reno, NV and is no longer in business. The currency itself is 3” x 4.25”. The outside of the frame is 18.5” x 15.75”.
