Description:

The document appears to be authentic, and signed in 1895 by 25th US President William McKinley, while he was Governor of Ohio. Includes a copy of the receipt from when this set was purchased from Scepter Balance in 2003. Also includes a blank Certificate of Authenticity with instructions to send it in for the original. Specter Balance was based in Reno, NV and is no longer in business. The actual document is about 13.5” x 16.5”. The outside of the frame is 33.5” x 27”. The brass plaque has come loose behind the frame - see pics, otherwise all in good condition.
