Description:
  • The compressor and tank are by Speed Aire, with a GX160 Honda 5.hp OHV Motor. Seller tells us it has not run for 7+ years, has been in the shop. The pull starter is broken and the gas smells old. The motor has good compression, and the compressor motor appears to pump air when turned by hand. It looks like the Honda motor was added to a unit that might have originally been electric. The motor has a centrifugal clutch and no sensors for air pressure. The regulator has a bypass for when the pressure gets to a certain point. Needs an air cleaner element. The cap and nuts were sitting next to it, so it doesn’t appear it was ever run without the element. Needs a guard over the pulleys.
