Appears to be a quality lithograph, or older chromolithograph. Oak frame with wavy, antique glass over the front. There are some stains on the lower matte, and there is a dark area on top of the dog’s head, may clean off. The wood backing is being held on the back with duct tape, see pics. The picture and frame are in good condition. The outside is 28.5” x 33.5”. The print itself is about 15” x 20”.
