Both are older style, all wood construction. Both are sturdy and in good condition. The Sofa Table has a small spot where some of the laminate has cracked - see pics, otherwise both are in good condition. The coffee table is 20” high and 27.5” x 27.5”. The sofa table is 23.5” tall, and the top is 59.75” long and 13.75” wide.
