The polisher is made by Poly Products, Monrovia, CA. It also has a B-14 stamped B-14. The wheels turn freely, and the belt can go down or out the back. The polishing wheels are about 8”, and could have been wider when new. The motor runs freely, but is hard wired. We tested it on an extension cord. It is a Dayton 1/3 hp. Needs to be mounted, wired, and a water system.
