Couldn't find any stains on the sofa or mattress. Overall width is about 71 inches. Depth is 35 inches when the bed is not folded out. The bed itself measures about 67 inches long and 52 inches wide. There is a small hole on the inside corner of one of the cushions see picture. There is also a hole in the back of the sofa itself, about an inch across. (See Picture.)
