Has some very light stains that will come out with a cleaning. Overall in good shape with no visible tears. The mattresses is also in good shape. It looks like there has been a repair done to the vinyl cover under the mattress where it is been reattached. It is attached firmly, and this has no effect on the comfort of the bed.
