Description:

Was in a seldom used guest room. Seller tells us it has only been slept in a few times. The sofa fabric is also in very good condition. The bed folds out and back in easily.
The outside is about 7’ 2”, the back is 35” high, and it is about 35” deep without the bed folded out. The mattress is engineered for sleeper sofas - see pics of labels. It is 75” long and 60” wide
Very good condition. Heavy, but buyer can back right up to it.
