Good condition, with cover and the lighter works. It was plumbed into the house propane line, but includes the original regulator to connect it to a regular propane tank. It needs a couple of brass fittings to go from the regulator hose into the BBQ. It is out on a deck only accessible through the house, so it will need to be carried out. Buyer will need to bring help to load. The grille is 20” x 17.5”. Sides are about 49” wide with the side shelves down.
