  • Appears Complete except the carburetor is missing. It appears to have a gearbox below, with a pump and a power take off. Could not find a maker’s name. Frozen, the flywheel does not turn, it has been sitting out for many years. Buyer can get close with a pickup, but will need help to load, it is heavy
