Appears to be old, with metal base, and body. The electrical has been replaced and is modern. The metal frame that holds the slag glass sections in place is broken in 2 places, but stays in place. Also missing some of the filigree from that section and has some damage on a corner. Each of the 4 sides has 2 slag glass pieces, with a Green/Blue piece below. They were originally held on by clips on the frame, but someone has siliconed it all together from the back side to hold it all firmly in place. The top is 23” high. Each side of the shade is 13” wide at the bottom.
