Each is made to fit snugly between the floor and an 8' ceiling. The 3 shades on each are frosted glass. Some of the brass surface shows some wear - especially the upper sections. No bulbs. Did not try, but it appears to be complete and owner tells us all 6 fixtures work. One of the lamps is missing a foot pad - see pics.
