Description:

Sits on a base that swivels, and rocks. The springs are a little weak, but it is very comfortable. Overall it is 36" tall, 44" wide and 39" deep. The seat area is 18" high, 20" wide and 22" deep. Needs some cleaning from sitting for a long time, but is very comfortable and in good condition. The material on the very bottom has a rip, but the upholstery is all in good condition. The front lower fringe is coming loose and needs a few staples.
