The birdhouse has a carved face, and the small birds enter through the sides of the nose, so it is weather and predator proof inside. It is all wood and 14” tall, 9” wide at the bottom. And 5” deep. The Margarita machine is made by Sunbeam, Model DM0500, it is lightly used and complete. Needs minor cleaning, and has water spots where the back reservoir was partially filled - see pics. Otherwise it is in very good condition, and includes the original instructions and a recipe book.
