Description:
  • Seller bought this truck when it was less than a year old, and has owned it since. He loved it and could never part with it. It was driven on weekends until tweakers tried to steal it in 2017, they got inside and mangled the steering column/ignition switch, but didn’t get the truck. Seller tells us it ran well when parked. It doesn’t get any electricity to the ignition switch. The lights work, but no dash lights or anything else when the key is turned on, so we did not get it started. Seller has the receipts, and they are included, from when the original 350 engine was rebuilt at 95k miles. It was balanced and blueprinted and an aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold and Edelbrock carb were added, to replace the Quadrajet, and factory intake. Silverado 20, Camper Special, Long Bed, 350 Engine and Automatic transmission, 192,425 miles, with camper shell. Dual gas tanks with electric switch on the dash, A/C - which the seller says worked well when it was parked, P/S, P/B. Michelin tires all around that look good. Aftermarket Mag Wheels, and the original wheels with tires and hubcaps are included, all 8 lug. Has been repainted - see pics of firewall. Body is fairly clean. The hood has some spots where the paint is peeling and it is starting to rust, the passenger side door is pushed in a little at the top mirror bracket. The chrome strip on the passenger side along the bed is coming off and bent a little. There is a small ding on the passenger side, right behind the back tire. The driver’s side bed has a slight dent in front of the fender well, hard to see in pics. Otherwise there are a couple of minor dings. The camper shell is fiberglass and has a broken back window, and some stress cracks in the front sides. The boot between the shell and the cab needs to be replaced. It has some white house paint that spilled in a ew places on the driver's side. Buyer has clear title. It was non-oped in 2018, so no back fees should be due. Buyer will need to trailer it home, it is in the backyard, and will need to be jockeyed a little to get it on the trailer or flatbed. Will not be able to do during the regular auction pickup, we can arrange to do it earlier or later.
