Description:

Has solid rubber tires and foot brake with pedal. The brake pushes a bar against the rear tire. The rims are about 14", and it is about 16.5" across the tires. The seat can adjust from 21" to about 26" high. Has some pitting on the chrome, but is complete and in fairly good condition. Owner believes it was purchased new in about 1951.
