Chain drive, and very sturdy. Made by Atkins, the seat is marked Troxel. Larger child size. The seat can be adjusted from about 18" high up to about 20.5". Everything is intact, including the chain drive assembly, but it needs cleaning, etc. Owner tells us it has been sitting in the rafters of the garage since the early 1960’s.
