Includes a pair of Simmons Beautyrest Mattresses that show very little use. The top bed is 21" high. The highest part of the back railing is 49" high. Overall the bed is 78" long and 40" wide. The lower bed can be raised on the metal frame to make a single large bed, and the mechanism to lower and raise works well. Very good condition. Will need to be disassembled by buyer.
