Sign itself is 29.5" tall and 14" wide. Part of cord is missing so could not see if the neon works. Some of the inner mounts are broken- needs repair for electrical to work. Outer neon yellow tube is loose. Existing plug has uncommon connection. Plastic outer cover sits in a metal frame with mounts on top and bottom.
