Both are all wood. The magazine rack has cane sides
The stool folds up, unfolded it is 23" tall at the top, and the top is 10.5" across. has a maker's name and a date of 1913 on back
The magazine rack is 14.5" tall, 17.5" wide and 9.5" deep
Both are in very good condition
