Works, but needs some cleaning and maintenance. Could not find a model number on the head, got pics of all numbers found. The foot control needs adjusting. The light works, and is wired into the power at switch. The sewing table has a drawer on the left side, with some thread spools. Appears to be complete, and could be useable with some adjustment and maintenance. 

Buyer: This item is at a storage building about 10 miles from our warehouse. Please call for an appointment to pick this up, it cannot be picked up during our regular pickup on Saturday, May 7^th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It can be picked up before or after the regular pickup, or an evening during the week.
