Works, on industrial sewing table. Could not find a Model number on the head, see pics of Serial Number on top front, and tag on motor for motor specs. The head is labeled Simanco on several places. The foot control and light both work. Has been sitting a long time, needs maintenance and cleaning. The head is not attached to the table, just sits in slot. Appears to be complete. Buyer: This item is at a storage building about 10 miles from our warehouse. Please call for an appointment to pick this up, it cannot be picked up during our regular pickup on Saturday, May 7^th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It can be picked up before or after the regular pickup, or an evening during the week.
