Unique design with a single drop leaf and a swing out leg to support the leaf when up. The table surface is 29.5" tall. With the drop leaf down, the table surface is 41.5" x 23.5".  With the leaf in the up position, the table surface is 45.25" x 41.25".  One half of the base looks like it has storage or drawers, but doesn't. Has some marks and wear on the surface, but is solid, stable and in very good useable condition.
