Very good condition. Has probably been reupholstered. Edges of upholstery are pulling away from wood in a few spots, see pictures. Very comfortable. Top of back is 32.5" tall. Inside of seat is 18" wide and 18.5" deep. Has a very light stain in middle front of cushion barely visible in pictures.
