Made by Golden Technologies. It stands up and fully reclines by the wired remote that sits in the side pocket. It is in very good condition. Cover is Naugahyde. Reclines and stands up smoothly
The top of the back is 41” high. Sides are 32” wide at the outside of the arms, and it is 36” deep in the regular upright position
