All wood and well made with Oak, fine furniture quality. Matches the hutch in Lot 43 and table and chairs in Lot 79. The top flaps fold out and are supported by a slide out brace on each side. Has a single divided drawer in the lower section, with storage below. Very good condition. With the top flaps folded out, the top is 30.5” high, 75” wide, and 18” deep. With the top closed, it is 31.5” tall, 37.5” wide and 18” deep. Buyer - Please bring help to move and load
