It has a built-in electric/hydraulic ram and works smoothly, but it is missing the piece to attach the handle on the back side, see pics. It requires the switch on the side of the electrical box to be pressed and the handle pushed down in order to work. When the switch is pressed and the handle pushed down by hand without the extension, it works fine. It just needs a piece to connect the handle, see pics. It looks like the old piece broke off. Runs on 115V household current, could not find a maker’s name.
