Description:

Heavy wood frame that folds up to use as a couch, or down to use as a bed. Has a fabric piece to cover the mattress when used as a couch
As a couch, the back is 34" high, it is 81" wide at the outside of the frame, and about 38" deep
As a bed, the pad is 79" long and about 60" wide
The pad itself is about 5" thick. It is stuffed with raw cotton, and has a zipper opening at both ends. The outer cover is in good condition with no stains found
Solid and well made. The cover over the pad shows wear, otherwise it is in good condition
The cover matches the pattern of the fabrics on the couch and chair in lot 7
The hardware and wood are also in good condition, it stays firmly in both positions
