All 3 are authentic Jim Shore figures. The shorter figure is signed by Jim Shore on bottom. All 3 are in very good condition. The 2 larger ones have the original boxes and packing. The tallest Santa is 12”, the reindeer is 11.5”, and the smaller is 6.75” tall and 8.5” long.
