Description:

All heavy, and marked Gorham Sterling, English Gadroon. A set for 14, only missing a few pieces to be complete. All Sterling, except the stainless blades on the 10 dinner knives. There are 14 dinner forks, 11 Salad Forks, 14 Butter Knives, 18 Spoons, 10 Soup Spoons, 3 large Serving Spoons, and a gravy spoon. All in good condition. The dinner knives, forks and spoons each have half that are slightly longer than the other half, all with the same pattern. The total weight of the sterling only pieces, not including the 10 dinner knives, is 2,810 grams. The 10 dinner knives with sterling handles and stainless blades weigh an additional 718 grams. The wood case is by Holmes & Edwards. The finish on the top is worn, hinges are in good condition.
