Complete setup. The Oxygen tank is empty, the Acetylene tank shows about 100 lbs. of pressure. The low-pressure gauge on the Acetylene regulator is stuck around 10 lbs. The hose has been repaired on the Oxygen side - see pics. These are the old-school, heavy-duty regulators. The cart is all steel and antique, it works well. Includes the cutting torch setup, and a cap for both tanks. We verified with our friends at Airgas that the tanks are owned and can be exchanged for full tanks. The Oxygen tank can be exchanged for a full tank for a fee of $44.00.  The Oxygen tank is 46.5” to the base of the valve. The Acetylene tank is 32.5”.
