All wood, older construction. The work surface is angled, and hinged at the top with storage below and a secret compartment in the back. Seller tells us this has been here for many years, and they got from an old ranch east of Winters, where it had been for many years before that. It needs some cleaning, could use paint. The drawers are also a little swollen from being in the shop, and a couple are hard to open, easy to fix. Buyer can back up fairly close to load. The top section looks like it was added later. The top is 74 inches high, and it is 62 inches wide, and 32” deep. The work surface is 42 inches high at the front and 46.5 inches at the back.

Note – This lot is at another pickup location, off of the River Road between Woodland and Sacramento. It will need to be picked up there by the buyer during regular pickup hours.
