An older pop-up camper that has been sitting a while but is all intact. The top has a hydraulic system built in that all works. To raise the top, you just pump the jack in the back corner. To lower it, you just unscrew the release on the jack. It has been sitting outside but doesn’t appear to have any leaks in the roof. There is some seepage around the inside of the vent, but the floor below the vent is sturdy. There is also some sign of seepage all along the inside bottom of the top section, see pics. It needs a deep cleaning and some TLC, and could be a nice camper. The dinette makes into a bed, and it has lots of storage, including a coat closet, an ice box that holds a block of ice - with a drain, a propane stove, and sink. Includes the two lifts on each side to lift it on to the back of the truck. Needs a long bed pickup and will still hang 2’ out the back. Buyer can back right up to it if it isn’t too muddy. 

Note – This lot is at another pickup location, off of the River Road between Woodland and Sacramento. It will need to be picked up there by the buyer during regular pickup hours.
