Smaller size, and in very good condition. All keys work, and it has good tone. Has not been played a lot, the hammers are all in good condition. Serial Number 112628. A good quality piano made by the Janssen Piano Company, New York, NY, known for quality pianos. Has a nick on a front cover, and a few nicks from use - see pics. Not super heavy for a piano, but buyer will need to arrange a piano mover, or bring extra help to move and load. Will need to go up 2 steps from the living room, and down 3 on the front porch. It has old electrical wiring inside, not sure what it originally ran but it may have had a light at one point. The top of the back is 37.5” tall, 57.5” wide and 24.5” deep. Note: This is at a different pickup location, about 2 miles west of Woodland. The address will be on the Auction Win Notice. We will have someone there during the regular pickup on Saturday.
