An authentic Atmos Clock, made by Le Coultre in Switzerland. The closest thing we have to a perpetual motion machine. There is no winding, it winds itself from changes in atmospheric temperature. This is the later model, where the whole glass case can be un-pinned and lifted off the top. Includes the original booklet, a rare find. Seller tells us it has been running continuously for the last 30 years that he knows of. It has been running for a week in our warehouse. These clocks will run for a long time, but do need to be serviced every 30-40 years or so, and this one has not been serviced. A beautiful, legendary clock in very good condition. It is about 9.25” tall and the base is 8” x 6”.
