Description:

Model TC-21RBH
Sleeps 5, has roof A/C, bathroom with tub and shower, refrigerator/freezer that will run on propane or electricity, stove and range - both propane
Everything seems to work, including the A/C, heater, and fridge on gas or AC
Rear beds are bunk style, with a side entrance for the lower bunk. The lower bunk is full sized for 2, the upper bunk is for 1. The front table makes into a full sized bed for 2
Has an awning, two propane tanks, and side compartment for other equipment, and an outside shower
The rear lower bunk can be removed for a large storage area, with side entrance
Tows nicely, and feels light
Has some damage to the fiberglass on one side - see pics. It is a gash about 20" long on the lower side, and is covered with White Duct Tape.
According to the owner, it was purchased used from a dealer within the last year, and never used. Holding tanks are still clean from the dealer
Fiberglass outside, beginning to show age, but has a lot of life left
Missing one of the inside blinds, another has some bent slats
Modern, and in very good condition
Seller cannot locate title, but will sign Application for Duplicate Title and Transfer into buyer's name, and will assist if any other documents are needed for DMV
