A unique and practical design, with a top that folds over in half. Folded, it is a buffet table, with two drawers. The whole top slides forward in the frame, and the flap can be folded out to make a dining table. With the top closed, there is some sun fading on the smaller top piece. With the top folded out, the surface is dark and in good condition. With the top folded over, it is 30.5” tall, 60” wide and 20” deep. Folded out as a dining table, the top is 29.5” tall and 60” x 40”. Buyer will need to bring help to move and load.
