Made by Frigidaire, can be used as an air conditioner or as a heater. Plugs into a 220v outlet - see pics of plug style. Hard to decipher the model number on the tag. The BTU Cooling rating appears to be 8500/6500. Seller tells us this easily cooled and heated a 400 square foot office for less than a year. We plugged it in and it puts out a lot of cold air and runs smoothly. In an outer housing. Includes the 4 wheeled dolly it is sitting on in the pics. The outer case is 15 1/8” tall, 25 1/2” wide and 22” deep
