All metal, double walled with latches on front. Made originally for flammable items. Includes all contents inside the cabinet, and the rope on top. The front latches close securely, but don’t have a place for a lock.
The outside is just over 65” tall, 39” wide and 19.25” deep plus the latches and handles
Well-made and in good condition. Buyer will need help to load.
