Fairly new, with modern design and smaller size. Reclines with the pull on the right side
The top of the back is 40” high. The outside of the arms is 30” wide, and upright it is 36” deep. The seat is 18” high, 21” wide and 22” deep
Has a mark on the Naugahyde on the lower side of the back - see pics. Otherwise in good condition with little sign of use
