Could not find a maker’s name. It is well made, all metal, with a door that locks in with the old closed, and keeps the lower drawers all closed. Inside is a wide variety of small tools
With the top closed, the outside of the box is 13.5” tall, 20” wide and 8.5” deep
The lock and part of one latch is missing. Drawers all slide smoothly
