Signature appears to be 'Mabley'. Owner believes this was acquired by her grandmother in Western Europe, possibly France, in the 1960's. Outside is 21.5" wide x 27.5" tall. The canvas itself is just under 18" x 24". Wood frame. Very good condition with vivid colors.
